Nous et Vous - Winter '17

Nous et Vous' mantra: Redefine the experience Torontonians have in the kitchen with their food and around the dinner table. For their Winter '17 content, I challenged 3-Star Michelin Chef Nigel Didcock to incorporate ice into the dishes and plating to bring Canadian Winter to the table, and create a contrast of warm and cold.
